The Fat Vegan
I have managed to lose the 3 extra pounds that I gained after the 2 initial pounds that I lost, the first week of being VEGAN. I must tell you that I have not cheated one bit. I did it by going deeper in my quest for health and weight loss and cholesterol reduction. Now I must cut all FAT (oil, fake butter spreads) from my diet. I know, what’s left? Whole grains, complex carbohydrates such as: brown rice, potatoes, squash, broccoli, and apples. I am taking advice from the McDougal Diet. A doctor who realizes that there is such a thing as a FAT VEGAN.
