What I Have for Breakfast Every Day

Every day I have the same breakfast; a mixture of two Fiber One cereals, the original and the Honey Clusters. I eat this cereal because it is very high in fiber content and relatively low on sugar. Into that I also throw in some oat granola, nuts, seeds and half a chopped apple. The milk I use is of course Almond Milk. I also have 2 cups of coffee, no sugar and a 1/4 cup of fat-free milk in it. That amounts to less than 2 mg of cholesterol and it is my only little concession. BTW I have this in a small soup bowl, not the giant trough bowls that husbands use late at night.
