A friend of mine passed on the following information to me:
“Did you know that in addition to dietary changes--one of the most effective ways to lower cholesterol is through exercise? 5X per week, 60 minutes at a minimum of 60% of your heart rate maximum (220-age= maximum bpm)”
I do the required exercise. Have for a long time. My BPM would be 174 by that formula, so 60% of that is 104. I will try to count my beats per minute.
