Introducing NIACIN

A famous doctor that I know, upon hearing that I have become a VEGAN has recommended that I start taking 2000 mg of NIACIN a day. I find this to be a genius recommendation because not only has NIACIN shown to reduce bad cholesterol, increase good cholesterol and reduce triglycerides; the highest concentrations of Niacin are found in meat, dairy and eggs. So I surely would eventually have shown deficiencies in Niacin, also known as vitamin B3.
